Lot 2 has 549 ft. of frontage and Lot 1 has 580 ft. of frontage terminating at a steel pin just before the neighbor's driveway. The side lines between the lots are marked with orange flagging.
AT&T has an easement with an inactive telephone line across the lots. You can build a house in front of or behind the easement.

These three lots have a very gentle slope uphill from the road to the rear property line. Harriet's Hill is an excellent area for a new house close to Warner Lake and East Berne and only about 15 miles from Albany or Schenectady.
The protective covenants on these parcels prohibit single wide and double wide mobile homes. Modular homes, stick built homes and log homes are allowed. Any new home must have a minimum of 1000 sq. ft. of living area, exclusive of basement, garage, and open porches. Unregistered vehicles must be kept in a garage or barn.
