Turn right on State Street (Rt. 5), go 3 blocks, turn left on NYS Rt. 28 and go 1.3 miles. Turn right on Shells Bush Road and go 1.2 miles. Turn left on Smith Rd. Proceed ¼ mile. Parcel D on the right and consists of 9.4 acres with 641 feet of road frontage. Parcel B is on the left and contains 17.3 acres with 101 feet of frontage on Smith Rd. and 863 ft. on Fiddletown Road. The north side of Parcels B and D is bordered by a power line which crosses Smith Rd. Just past the power line is Parcel C on the right.
